Too many squats

I had a 10# Push Press PR in the Strength portion this morning.

This was a pretty bad total squat workout. Heck was I done afterwards. 3 rounds of 30 wall balls (14#) and 30 squat cleans (45#). With 90 reps of wall balls I wanted to make sure I can finish, so I only used the 10# ball. But I really wanted to go Rx.

I love growing fresh herbs in my patio planters. It just tastes better with freshly picked greens.
