Too much snacking leaves no calories for dinner

Ok here is some of yesterdays meal prep. Thai chicken with riced cauliflower and Moroccan stuffed bell peppers.

And some of today’s meals. I did a lot of snacking in-between and had really no calories for dinner left. Trader Joes can be a dangerous place to check out new snack items like dried coconut or mini rice krispie chocolate bars.
