Back on track

I finally got back to the box today, but I couldn’t do the running or the burpees. Though those were nice short little runs. and those 60 burpees would have been great to.

w/EMOM 7 tuck-ups

Part 1 – I did 4 rounds + airdyne and part 2 – in 6:04 minutes. It felt so good to be back.
