Primal whole egg coffee vs Bulletproof Coffee

Today I had finally the time to try out the whole egg coffee. Verdict? Not worth it, didn’t do much for me! I rather do the BPC (bulletproof coffee). It didn’t even feel like that I had a great coffee, while with the BPC is usually my only cup of coffee for the day then.

Bulletproof Coffee

Ingredients:
1 cup coffee
1 tsp MCT oil
1 tbsp grass-fed, unsalted butter like Kerrygold

Mix it all in a blender for 20-30 seconds until it is frothy like a foamy latte. It tastes great and prolongs your fasting time in the morning.

While i enjoy it once in a while, I would not recommend to drink it every morning. I had blood tests done a while into it back when I was doing the Primal Blueprint, the cholesterol stayed low but the triglycerides where a lot higher then before. It does give you a good amount of energy and makes you feel good.
