15.4 was for sure my favorite workout. AMRAP8 (as many reps as possible in 8 minutes) 10 push presses at 65# and 10 cleans at 75# Next week for the last Open workout 15.5 will be miserable, no matter what.
Paddle boarding camp on Captiva Island is only 30 days away. Cant wait to see my best paddle pals Leslie and Renee again after a long winter.
Lake Michigan is ice free now, so let the paddle boarding fun begin soon. But I think I may need a thicker wetsuit, just in case. The lake is still pretty frigid.
