The Jawbone advice

This is what my Jawbone (wristband) app thinks of my food. :rolleyes: Though my sleep is back on track. Finally the effects of the time switch fades.

I hope I will get over that running hump. I still hate it, but we ran a mile. Here is this mornings workout.

Strength
EMOM 7
Thrusters, 7-6-5-4-3-2-1

WOD
4 rounds
12 S2OH
12 Box Jumps
400m run
12 Back Squats

I did it in 19:00 minutes.

Tonight was OLY and I practiced snatches, Clean & Jerks and Overhead Squats.
