Quick recipe. The apple and the cottage cheese will make it moist and it is super filling too. Love the macros, it will make a good pre-workout meal/snack and its portable.
1 cup oats (not instant)
1 cup egg whites
½ cup of cottage cheese
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ sweet apple
Combine oatmeal, egg whites, cottage cheese, cinnamon and baking powder, then process (blender or food processor) until smooth.
Dice the apple and stir in by hand.
Use nonstick skillet with a dab of butter or coconut oil on medium-low.
Makes 2 servings. Macros per serving: 279 calories, 35g carbs, 27g protein, 3g fat
