The ETP Challenge is starting soon! It runs from Jan 1, 2015 until March 15, 2015. I am excited, since it is a pretty cool program for athletes and it includes coaching and an active member forum for additional support. The program also puts emphasis on increased performance, usually a catch 22, as you CANNOT train full speed and lose fat at the same time. Something I know just too well. I was that fat triathlete, that would train for 2 hours a day, 6 days a week and still weigh in at 250 pounds. One fact that I like the most is, I am surrounded by other athletes, not folks that cant get their butts of the couch.
