I made a nice little treat. Microwave single serve cake with ricotta and casein frosting. Not bad!
Mix 1 Tbsp of almond flour with 1 Tbsp of cocoa powder and add almond milk with 1 egg and 1/2 Tbs. of honey. You can make this in a mug or a bowl. Put it in the microwave for about 90 seconds to 2 minutes.
Blend ricotta or Greek yogurt with some chocolate casein and top the mini cake. I sprinkled some toasted coconut for some crunch.
