Practice makes perfect.

I finally got a solid 8 hours of sleep today and then some morning fun with my CF buddies.

I will be so glad when I am off the hook on Monday and can return to a good routine and focus on eating less. I also miss my paddle boarding. Tomorrow is Warrior Dash and I am getting picked up by 8:30am. The race starts at 10:30am.

Food is slightly off, just eating too much. While my pants still fit they are sure getting snug.
