Weird eating day, wasn’t in the mood for veggies! Can I blame it on TTOTM? This is so silly, I get surprised by it every single time. Duh.
Just making some protein brownies. That’s a more calculated risk then the damage I did today. I even did the portion control thing.
Today’s workout was great, I could have loaded up a little more maybe like 10 or 15 pounds, but wasn’t sure I can keep form with 5 rounds. RX was 105# for gals. I did it in 9 minutes.
