Today I was asked to help gather ideas and create some roof top gardens for our company. That’s pretty exciting! Maybe we can grow some food for the needy.
My little patio garden at home when I got started a couple of years ago. I build some boxes and got planting following the Square Foot Gardening principles.
Ha and I managed not to take any pics of my treats today. Great! Ok I am done with this. That sugar addiction needs to be nipped in the butt. A sugar detox is in order. Doing IF on Thursday, really wanted to do it tomorrow, but its a Crossfit day and that wouldn’t be so smart. I probably would bite somebody’s head off, though I should have quite a carb reserve build up.
Todays workout was a 30 min core workout with my trainer. And tomorrow’s CF workout (for time) will be:
35 Ball Slams (50#/35#)
35 Dumbell Snatches (50#/35#)
35 Plate Roll-ups (25#/15#)
35 HR Push-ups
35 Kettlebell Swings (53#/35#)
35 Wall Balls (20#/14#)
