Things are slowly improving. The good thing I dont eat much and are on par with my 3 meals. I am catching up on sleep during the day and I haven’t watched that much TV in ages. I dont have cable/satellite, so I stick to PBS, maybe some Netflix or Amazon Prime.
I had taken my test results to my holistic doc, and even so my results are in the range, she did already spot a couple of things that could be improved, which one of them is my thyroid. So I will go back and have her take a deeper look into optimizing my blood values.
