Crossfit and the Jawbone

Here is where the Jawbone band seriously lacks. It tracked about 5000 steps for today. After one of the harder workouts I have done. Let me deem it useless for Crossfit, it just works for counting steps.

I will be going for an Epsom salt bath, as my muscles are already sore and are hurting a little. Food was good today, though timing was off. Skipped the shake for tonight. I didn’t finish dinner, probably ate to 95% as I am afraid my body  will go nuts tomorrow.

Rutabaga with zucchini and chicken
Coconut milk, with chia seeds and strawberries
Green beans, mashed potato, ham and pineapple
