I am thinking I will defer the fat-free day indefinitely. I have done this sh** for way too long. That’s how I messed up my cholesterol and got into this stupid diet trap. I know one day wont ruin anything but right now I am not in the mood for that. Fat-free day: skipped.

This BodyAttack workout was totally awesome and I am thinking I may consider also Wednesday nights as a little extra fun. But Saturday mornings for sure it will be a must do!

Holy Moly, look at this bar. I cant wait to make it I just have to get some fresh strawberries.

Strawberry & Dark Chocolate Protein Bars

Ingredients
1/2 cup of strawberry whey protein powder (or an unflavored organic whey + blended strawberries + stevia)
3/8 cup of coconut flour
3/8 cup of almond milk
1/2 bar of dark chocolate (40g)

Directions
Get a bowl out and add the whey, coconut, and milk to it. Mix the ingredients together with a spoon until you get a kind of  play-dough-ish dough you can mold. If the mix is to sticky to allow you to mold it, add a bit more coconut flour. If it’s too dry, add a bit more milk. Once your mix is moldeable, divide it into three or four balls (depending on how big you want your bars) and, using your hands, proceed to shape them into bars.
Then, melt your dark chocolate in a bain marie (a glass bowl on top of a pot of boiling water). When it melts dip the bars in there or just pour the chocolate on the bars and transfer them to a silicone pan or to a tray lined with wax paper or aluminum foil (this is so they don’t stick as the chocolate sets).

Macros (based on 6 mini bars)
105 kcals
9g protein
5g carbs (out of which 6g is fiber!)
5g fat (mostly from the chocolate)
