This was a super productive day. The sunshine and the warmer temperatures certainly made it more pleasant and fun to be outside. Lots of yard work and I prepared my patio garden boxes for the plants. I even took a power nap. I am very happy that my allergies are not too bad. Which I would contribute to the better nutrition, as gluten and sugar are now only occasional treats and dont wear down my body any longer.

M5: Rhubarb-strawberry compote with Greek yogurt
