It sure is amazing how exhausted I can be after only 30 minutes of personal training and I was sweating like crazy. I am doing well with my meals and I am trying to turn on the fat burners.

Wednesday meals:

M1: Tomato, sprouts and veggie-egg casserole
M2:Protein pancake, 1 tbsp pnb, 4 strawberries
M3: Cauliflower, pepper and brat with mustard
M4: Protein Shake
