My interval workout was great. I am getting ready for biking to work by next week. Though its still pretty darn cold here and dark in the morning around 5ish.
B: Veggie frittata and papaya and strawberries
S: Easter Protein Thingies (I had 3 of those!)
L: Beef stew with root veggies and cauliflower mash
S: Veggies and hummus
D: Protein shake with cocoa nibs
I think I might be allergic to walnuts or banana. I use them in my shake. I will conduct more tests to eliminate the culprits. I feel like it does not end. I am still grieving the cut from the grains.
