I am gluten-intolerant. Making waffles or pancakes meant in the past that I wouldn’t feel so good from the wheat and be hungry again in an hour. But then I found the kick-butt awesome website that comes up with those super yummy recipes.

So today’s try was banana & choc chip protein waffles. It was yummy and has only 5 ingredients. Protein powder, oats, egg whites, banana, choc-chips. Worth making!

I also tried the Pumpkin Protein Custard-Cake. It is ok. I may have over-baked the cake and the consistency of the organic pumpkin was a little weird. So I will try this one again. But as of right now its only so-so. The ingredients were whey powder, coconut powder, pumpkin, liquid egg whites, cinnamon
