Its Day 4 of Lean Eating. I would really like to get started with the food adjustments, but I just need to be patient. I was so hungry all day. I did the Power Interval workout this morning followed by my LE exercises. I worked until 7pm, just wanted to get a bunch of things finished. There are just not enough hours in the day. Tomorrow morning I have a trainer session. So I can sleep in a little. Yippee.
