TGIF! I got plenty of exercise today, but not sure if it was enough to burn of the chips and dip I ate from our little team potluck. I am feeling a cold coming my way, not so great. I am adding some zinc in addition to my 1000mg of vita c. And bad foods wont help the cause. I do best when I cut out all flour, sugar, and caffeine, which basically means just veggies.
