Food – 09/26/2011

I am not sure why I always forget that, but bread and breakfast grains are a surefire way for disaster. It will trigger my blood sugar to do weird things and I am hungry all day. In times like this I need to make sure I nourish my body at an optimum and cut out the non-veggie carbs and grains.
